From August 29 to 31, 2025, the 4th Annual Academic Conference of the International Society of Endoscopic Spine Surgery (ISESS) and the Huaxia Spinal Endoscopy Academic Conference, hosted by ISESS and the Orthopedics Branch of the China International Exchange and Promotive Association for Medical and Health Care (CPAM), and organized by The Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, was successfully held in Guangzhou. This conference brought together over a hundred leading experts and scholars from around the world, including China (Hong Kong and Taiwan regions), the United States, Japan, South Korea, Brazil, Chile, Thailand, India, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Through a series of academic activities, it comprehensively showcased the latest achievements and future trends in global spinal endoscopic techniques.

The successful convening of this conference was undoubtedly a truly international and high-level academic event.
